Let’s get going. Ok, grap yourself a large pot, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil. You will see how easy this recipe is to make. Now that the oil is hot, let’s add 2 cups of diced carrots. Now let’s stir this and let this go for about a couple of minutes. Now add 2 medium red bell peppers.

Awww this is going to be awesome. Let’s also stir this for a couple of minutes. 5 stems of green onions. Now here is the good part, add 1 bunch of celery tops and leave some of the leaves in it because it is good for you to. It also gives it a bit of colour. Also more nutrition to your soup. Stir this for a couple of minutes and I shall be back. Now for that rich taste add 1/3 cup of tomato paste Now stir it really, really well because I want that tomato paste to incorporate with those veggies. Ok. here we go. Now add 3 cups of sliced tomatos, I am using vine tomatoes. they are awesome and fresh. Now add about 2 cups of green beans. Get this thing mixed really, really well again we are almost coming to the end now. Ok, we are finished with our veggies add 3 cups of tomato paste. This also depends on how thick do you want your soup. Do you want it thicker or thinner. you will have to make a decsion on this part right here. How you want it. And no, we are going to give it a little stir. Increase the heat. So as it is heating up let’s 2 tablespoons of mustard. Here I am using dijon mustard. You can use your favorite mustard. Whatever you like And we shall be back Now to spice it up 1 teaspoon of chilli. 1 teaspoon of ground cumin. For some color and looks. 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika Now the fat burner 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. or more if you are on the brave side. Now here comes the fresh ground pepper Here I am adding about 1/2 teaspoon of pepper but you can add as much as you want, Go ahead and make your day. To make it rich tasting, add 2 Tablespoons of dried veggie stock Now this has to be low-sodium. Very, very important. Now, give it a good stir. With the heat still on high. Let’s now.

Cover it. Now we will wait for it to reach a boil and once again, I promise you, I shall be back. Ok, I am back. It has been a few minutes and it has started to boil again give it a little stir. Now once again I want you to Cover it And grab your handy dandy chicken, or any timer and set it to 30 minutes. Now if you are sensitive to the fibers in the veggies, I recommend that you set it to 40 minutes. So, lets get this thing cooking, And I shall be back, and the chicken has an eye on you. Ok, we are back, it has been about 30 minute. Let’s take a look at the soup and see how it is, awww, look at that. is that not awesome. Nice and thick and rich just nice fresh veggies, just take a look at that.

Just see how that looks, don’t you want to just dig into that. and this is going to help you lose all the weight. trust me, this will just shed all the pounds off, now Let’s taste it and see how it tastes. remember that this is for you not for me. But Now as per salt, this is for you to lose weight, So, no, no, no No salt. please be strong here. if you want, add more spices, make it stronger or add more fresh pepper or any other types of herbs.

Magic Diet Soup – The In-Between Soup # 1 – Weight Loss.

{“en”:”Hey ! Welcome back to my Kitchen, Today we are going to do number 3 Magic Diet Soup. I already put two out now people are say ” I like your soup I really enjoy it But we need something else ” So what I will be doing here Those other two soups are low GI this one is going to be medium GI and I will tell you why.

I have been a good boy and kept my weight in check So what I am going to do is I am going to add carrots. To this soup but i will be making it on a base of mushrooms So ! If you want to keep it low GI just admit the carrots and add some more celery. So it is up to you. And this is what I call my alternative Magic Diet Soup because the other one I will do it for about a few days and this one is going to be about a day a day and a half Basically I will have this tomorrow for Lunch Dinner then I will have it again the next day for Lunch and Dinner.

So this is like my little ” catch up “. So if I eat that big Dinner or I put on some extra weight I will have this one in between. So ! Let’s get going with this awesome Magic Diet Soup. So here we are this time I will be making a little bit less I have a smaller pot So I will add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, No more then that, Wait for it to get hot. And we drop a piece of onion here So it is starting to sizzile. We take 1 Medium to large onion Let this go for a couple of minutes until it turns light in color. Ok ! Alright It is ready.

And now I add 1 red sweet pepper. Diced, can be red or yellow it really does not matter. Add that. And we are going to add 1 small celery stalk, you can add 2 if you are not going to add the carrots. To keep it a lower GI. And here comes the carrots Now like I said if you want this to be a lower GI not a medium GI Do not add carrots just add more celery. Move that all around. How is that starting to look. And 1 medium to large tomato. And now we are going to let this go for 2 to 3 minutes. Now how is that coming, really good. Now add 2 tablespoons of white all purpose flour 1 and 2 Move that all around get that well blended in. And I am adding 3/4 of a teaspoon of paprika you can add more if you want. And add 1/2 kilo (1 pound) of sliced mushrooms and stir that, let that go for about another minute. Now we are going to add water right up to the veggie line.

Now increase the heat. Add now a little bit of fresh ground pepper, about 1/2 teaspoon, or how you like it. Add 2 veggie stock Now to let you know that these the low sodium type. So ! just drop those in there. If you want to add a higher content of sodium that is up to you because this is a diet soup i try to keep the salt to a minimum.

But I noticed that there is people out there that can not just go without a bit of salt. inside there soup, so It is up to you. Okay now it is starting to boil Boy ! does that look great. Now. I want you to do is I want you to cover it lower the heat to medium low take your handy dandy chicken and mark about 20 minutes and we shall be back. And here we are let see how it looks Its been about 20 minutes Does that ever look good.

Now at this point if you want you can let it cool and put it into the blender and you take out a couple of cups and you can blend it and make it more thick. I like it this way. So it is up to you, so what we do we take about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste put that in put more if you want or less. And about 1/3 cup of green onions just to give it some color and looks. And about 1/4 cup of of parsley, you can use any type and Now mix the soup with parsley will taste more awesome look at those colors, awesome. Now you could dice the mushrooms more smaller if you want I like it chunky but this is the way I like it.

Now ! here comes the taste test and remember this is for you not for me. Just look at that sauce. For me It is perfect but If you want you can add more paprika you could add some oregano or basil or whatever you want to add to this. Just to make you happy. Now you can add more salt if you want but remember this is a diet soup so we try to keep the sodium almost next to nothing. Update~Dr. Oz 2 Week Rapid Weight Loss Plan!!

{“en”:”Hey y’all! Today I wanted to do an update on the Dr. Oz 2 week rapid weight loss diet plan that I was on. I changed it up a little bit for the last 2 weeks that I’ve been doing it. Here’s my workouts ok I work out 5 or 6 days a week. In the mornings I do anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes of cardio and toning and all that.

Then I do 5 to 10 minutes sometime throughout the work day. Like on my lunch break or maybe midafternoon. And then and when I do that I usually watch Jessica Smith here on YouTube. She has like 3 or 4 5 minutes standing ab workouts. A couple of people. You can just Google standing workouts or 5 minute workouts or 10 minute workouts. So that’s what I do at work. And then every night sometime before I go to bed, I don’t do it to where I’m like sweating or anything, but I’ll do crunches, push ups, some tricep dips, sometimes some squats and maybe something else to do with toning my core or my legs.

And I only do it for maybe like 5 minutes, maybe 7 but it might not even be 5 minutes. It’s doesn’t take very long. So that’s my workouts. And I do that, like I said 5 or 6 days a week. I changed up the food. #1 I’m lactose intolerant, just being honest with ya. I’m lactose intolerant. And the yogurt was just not, even though it was like Greek yogurt, which I think is like either no dairy or less dairy, some of the powders, the protein powders I was using and just other things like that. You would have to put some kind of a liquid in there and I don’t like soy or almond milk. It just tastes so nasty to me. So I was putting a little bit of 2% milk in there.

And it still, it just didn’t work with my body. So I stopped doing that. So now I’m eating fruit for breakfast, and sometime as snack. Then at lunch I eat either I get the premixed salad mix or premixed coleslaw and I’ll eat that with a turkey burger or like a few slices of shaved turkey. I’ll eat like for a snack in the afternoon, I’ll eat a handful of almonds or mixed nuts, because I like cashews too. I like it all. Or edamame that you microwave in the bag, I got some of that. And I don’t put the salt on it. And it’s still good. So that what I do for snack. Then at night I’ve gotten to where I’m just eating with my family. Whatever they’re eating, I’ll eat the same thing. I just eat a lot smaller portions than they do and than what I ate before. And in a total of 2….total of 4 weeks that I’ve been doing this, the first time, the first 2 weeks I went to a bachelorette party where I ate too much.

The second time I went to New Orleans to Comic Con and I ate too much. And it’s really good food, it’s like southern food, red beans and rice, jambalaya, fried food, fried, uh you know you get beignets covered in sugar powder and you have hot chocolate to go with it. So I gained, I didn’t gain all my weight back. But I gained a pound or two back and then I lost it pretty much the next 2 days of being back home. altogether from start to finish I lost a total of 8 pounds. And I’m happy with that. I went from 1pounds and now I’m 1 pounds. And I only wanted to lose to 130. So I might try to get down to 130. And lose that last pound and a half. But if not, I’m ok with this. If I can just maintain it and not gain any of the weight back.

So I’m going to keep up the fruit at breakfast, salad and turkey burgers at lunch. And those turkey burgers I have been getting, they’re flavored to taste like hamburger meat, like hamburger patties. And they are so good! I love ’em. So yea, I’m happy with it, so if any of you have done it, let me know. And I wish you the best of luck, I hope that it works out for you. And he says not to add any additional exercise, and that’s fine but when you’re trying to lose weight, or maintain your weight, you do need to exercise. You do need to. And you need to exercise, people need to exercise anyway. It’s good for your heart, it’s good for your body. We should all exercise. So don’t let that make you think just because he says don’t add extra exercise, he means extra. Don’t like start Insanity tomorrow just because you want to do this diet.

It’s going to hurt your body. But you do need to do moderate, light to moderate exercise if you don’t already. And keep doing the exercise you do if you already exercise. So that’s my experience with the Dr. Oz 2 week rapid weight loss diet plan. Which I’ve changed so it’s not really that anymore.
