  • Eat More Not Less: Most people do the opposite when they’re trying to lose weight. Bad move. If you are only eating 2 or 3 meals per day or worse 1 change it to 3-4 smaller sized meals with 2 snacks throughout the day. What will this do? It makes your metabolism work harder adn burn more calories. Eating less is a surefire method to disaster and fat storage.
  • Bye, Bye Drinks: Replace ANYTHING you’re currently drinking with water. You can have 1 cup of green per day but that’s it. Everything else replace with water. And I mean everything. Drink half your body weight in ounces.
  • Eat Slower: Sit down and eat your meal WAY slower. Almost everyone eats too fast because we’re all on the go. While you are eating slower try to stop around the eighty percent full range.
  • Sports: Find a sport or ANY physical activity you wouldn’t mind doing for an hour a day. Most people sit no computers all day long, then after a long day of work they eat and sit in front of the tv. This isn’t rocket science, you need some form of activity. If you can pick something fun you won’t even notice you’re working out.




  • Vow to make a change: Forget diet and exercise—the hardest part of losing weight is actually making the decision to do it. You’ve probably told yourself you’re going to lose weight in the past but never followed through; that’s because you didn’t really mean it.
  • Weigh yourself: If you don’t already know how much you weigh, then step on the scale and find out. It’s important to know how much you weighed at the start of your journey so that you can better track your progress.
  • Reduce your caloric intake: When it comes to losing weight, diet is the most important factor. The less food you eat, the more weight you will lose; it’s as simple as that. It’s important that you’re eating enough to sustain yourself, though. Starving yourself will only lead you to have more cravings, binge eat, and eventually fall back into old habits.
  • Exercise 4-5 days per week: Cardiovascular exercises that increase your heart rate can help burn calories and temporarily speed up your metabolism in the several hours following exercise so that you lose weight more quickly.
  • Drink eight glasses of water each day: Staying properly hydrated is crucial to maintaining your overall health, but it has also been proven to aid in weight loss.
  • Keep a diet journal: Studies have found that people who keep track of what they eat by writing it down lose more weight, and keep it off than those who don’t.

Cook your meals at home: Even with the best intentions, eating out can ruin your diet quickly. Cooking meals at home make it easier to choose healthy options and control your serving sizes. Plus, you’ll be saving lots of money by eating at home!

Allow yourself a cheat day: No matter how committed you are to dieting, it’s inevitable to have a slip-up every now and then. For many people, social events like birthday parties or picnics make it difficult to eat healthy–remind you that it’s okay to indulge every once in a while. Giving up your social life for a diet will make you feel miserable and you’ll be tempted to quit before reaching your goals.

  • Join a weight loss program: If you have the will power to lose weight the natuarl way but need some guidance, then joining a weight loss program may be the best choice for you.

  • Get enough sleep: Being sleep deprived not only inhibits your ability to think and function properly, it can actually increase your appetite and slow down your metabolism. Aim to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
  • Tackle stress: Some stress is inevitable, but excess stress releases the hormone cortisol, which is responsible for fat storage, particularly in the midsection. Stress may also be an underlying cause of your overeating, since food has a calming effect for many people.

Overnight Oats – Lose 2 kgs In 1 week – How To Make Oats Recipes For Weight Loss – Skinny Recipes

{“en”:”Hey guys welcome back to my channel I’m Nisa homey and I make healthy weight loss recipes. Today I’m sharing a really easy overnight oats with pomegranate seeds. Overnight oats are ideal for a healthy breakfast especially on those busy mornings and the best thing about overnight oats are they can be made ahead and does not require any cooking. Overnight are just oats soaked overnight which makes them absorb the liquid in which you soak the oats so if your mornings are hectic overnight oats are a nutritious and tasty meals that can be ready the moment you wake up overnight also usually made in a mason jar which has a tight lid as that makes it easier to carry to work.

Now into a bowl or a mason jar add in 1/2 cup instant oats instant oats are precooked and hence they make an ideal choice for overnight oats, add in 1/2 cup curd, 3/4 cup milk and now give this a mix. For sweetness I’m adding in 3 to 4 dates you can add coconut sugar if you have or maple syrup if you don’t have dates but try to avoid refined sugar then add in 1 tbsp chia seeds about a 1/4 TSP crushed cardamom seeds and give this a good mix the chia seeds will swell up and thicken. Chia seeds are a good source of protein, healthy fats, fiber, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants.

Chia seeds are high in plant based omega-3, they help to regulate cholesterol and lower blood pressure. Please note that chia seeds and basil seeds are not the same and if you would like to know more about chia seeds and basil seeds please check my video on the same the link will be updated in the description box below and lastly for an extra crunch top it with pomegranate seeds pomegranate seeds are a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and potassium, I used seeds of half of a medium-sized pomegranate. Now covered with a lid and keep it in the fridge overnight or about 6 to 8 hours and the next day morning your overnight oats will be ready to serve as you can see oats and chia seeds has soaked the liquid but it has come out slightly thicker I personally like it to be slightly thinner I’m adding in about 3 to 4 tbsp of milk to make it thinner you can add this milk to get the consistency you like your overnight oats to be. just don’t want to have to do like serious videos i just want to tell it how it is and i want you guys to come along for the journey and just experience what I experienced and change as I change what am I all about I’m all about losing weight i’m all about going to the gym of all about fitness I’m not going to gym right now and that’s one of my battles i know it’s one of your bowels too however one thing that I did achieve was I drop my weight from 192 15 foot night 192 pounds down to a hundred and seventy-two pounds and I did it in about two months it’s been about four or five months of you know this has been going on but I did it all initially probably less than two months now isn’t healthy no you know our doctors going to agree with you know know but let’s get into how did I do it simple first and foremost get away from the words of sugar now before you click off you gotta understand something you’ve got to get away from the sugar you just can’t eat sugars you can’t drink soda and lose weight you just have to stop what I’m going to help you achieve that simple goal why because as a clichu00e9 I did it I did it I was completely addicted to drinking 20 outs coca-cola’s or a can or nip or whatever they sold in any given time of the day I would drink about four to five a day and here’s the thing i had to drink them I needed them they were part of my life they’re part of my DNA they were just who I the fuck i was and i have to go and get a four-game a 20-ounce coke in a meatball sub every single morning and I say morning because my mornings were about two o’clock in the afternoon because I was up all night long just gaming like with food mcdonalds runs 24 hour mcdonalds i’m going to get my sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin is I’m going to get my sausage burritos with another coke so a2 o’clock in the morning i’m drinking a medium coke with a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and then they’ll do the 24 333 and then you know I’ll be buying two of those so yet and two o’clock in the morning I mean two of those you’re talking about twelve thirteen hundred calories my body only needs about 1,700 calories to sustain itself to maintain its current weight always easily eating 225 3000k our ease a day why wasn’t I massive well because i still own and operate in work as a heating and air conditioning technician so with that said i would feel somewhat active ok I wasn’t physically active in the way where I’m actually like building muscle and things like that I’m just ripping furnaces and boilers out of people’s houses and whatever whatever ok so in some regards that would kind of level me off and kind of allow me I mean invite if i put in a furnace I’d burn all day’s worth of calories easy easily 2,000 calories so if i went over my calories 500 you know and then a few days they do this and this and that I’m always running around doing something so now when the time comes and I’m actually losing this weight i’m not actually working as much as a normal year this is going back two months okay so what did i do I stop drinking soda step 1 stop drinking soda sugar will bloat you just like sodium a lot of people know that with sugar and sodium and they kind of act the same way you will get bloated off the sugar now here’s the concept that I realized and this is what helped me a little bit there’s a lot of things that helped me so it was kinda like a stepping like a ladder kind of thing so first thing that helped me was I realized that I was saturated my whole body from head to toe with saturated with sodium and she girl and I was compounding like I wake up in the morning afternoon two o’clock whatever and I would immediately refill what hasn’t even been flushed out yet another I don’t know 5,000 milligrams of sodium for that day but i wake up at two o’clock in the afternoon and literally put my jacket grab my keys get my van and drive and pick up a 20-ounce coke and a meatball sub and that officially was breakfast at two o’clock in the afternoon now somewhere else later on the day i’m going to end up leaving the house i’m definitely passing by a Burger King McDonald’s or wendy either one will do it didn’t really matter when these at the end of the little highway thing here she’s very deluxe no one you know pickle with a medium coke no ice with the prize for the meal and that was a wendy’s ordeal mcdonalds would have been sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and then they try to do that well there are 2 333 do you want two of them and I’m like fine and then because one of them is usually like over microwaved anyways and then it’s like fuck so thank God I got to because once good ones bad whatever still try to eat nibble on the other one because i was just so damn greedy and then another medium coke with that the amount of code that i consumed coca-cola in one day oh I don’t know if they were all 20 ounce bottles five or six but definitely i’m buying 2 to 3 20 ounce bottles from like a 7-eleven to death she’s things like that and then I’m consuming whatever the medium is with no I from McDonald’s Burger King or wendy was always coach never sprayed or anything like that just coke man i realized that i was oversaturated with sodium an oversaturated with sugar so what’s the first thing i did was i just stopped drinking the sodium I didn’t stop eating fast food I didn’t want some crazy binge diet ok no more fast food no more meatball subs nobody is no that wasn’t going to happen that would never fly like flown took off that would never work ever but what i did i just stopped drinking the soda and within a week I literally dropped about four pounds so when I step on scale and I look at the scale and I’m like wow i just love for about I’ve got a little bit excited not huge excited just a little bit excited you know goes when you lift up your shirt and look at the merits like not in there right so I got rule that excited not to excite so that motivated me just enough again steps this is the latter we’re talking and then do it all at once i wouldnt just you know that I get quick my pizza and quit my meatball subs to quit my fat food in my soul at the same time not happen so now i’m motivated by dropping the the soda and all that sugar like I don’t know 65 x 3 x 5 I don’t know if i’ll just say 500 milligrams of sugar gold I don’t understand how i can show all that sugar in one day stop so now the blow from the sugar is gone ok so now motivated because I see the scale went from 192like 185 184 and we’re talking about seven to ten days maybe about seven days maybe even a little less ok and now i’m a little bit more focused right so now when I go to mcdonalds it’s like let me get one sausage burrito and an orange too ok and i did that for a week since we’re talking to week by the end of that week I was in the low 180 I haven’t seen low 180 in years and now it’s like 183 on the scale my morning scale and now I’m like holy shit i’m only three pounds away from like 17 something so now I’m height so now I’m all-in I just can’t wait to see 17 something on the scale that’s like mind-blowing to me like I’ve never seen that before clichu00e9 so 1is is fine right so now it’s like fucked orange juice i go and i would get such as Greedo with a water and then it became water but however it would also become green tea we’re going to get into that whole nother initially it was just stopping the sugar stopping the sodium and then that led me to like a 78 pounds dropping weight and that motivated motivated me so much that I just kind of had to get really serious about what I was eating what I wasn’t eating because i just want to see the weight fall off so if you like the white comes on like so we’re going to get pizza and be like no you can get a personal and i’m going to get the tuna pita up so it kind of went like that and then before you know it I jump on a scale one morning not only do I feel flat you know like I just I feel skinny I feel light but the scale read one or something like that also fuck i remember being like one silly point one like god I gotta pinch of shit of something because I got to get that two ounces out so I can see 177 long story short we’re currently at 170 on average according to my little after my bluetooth scale and the rest of the way was green tea protein shakes fucking bagels now here’s the problem now we gotta get to the gym so you heard the phrase skinny fast well from now on there’s no such thing as skinny fat cats land flat and i am from problem i’m slim slim sloppy know what I mean it’s gym time baby pounds in one single day now i’m not talking about i lost four pounds when I was 50 pounds overweight that was kinda that’s kind of easy to do i lost four pounds in one day we’re not land with that my dead lo ok just the other day so let’s talk about this does intermittent fasting work? ok so let me tell you about my story so I lost 50 pounds you know initially so now I’ve been in maintenance mode the last of several years so you know just like anybody else i fluctuate a couple pounds 23 pounds here and there just just a normal fluctuation that happens some normally between like 165 168 and I not be in the mood for a long time if I you know get up a couple pounds over the weekend I’ll just you know get a little strict for day or two and i’ll lose it but what happened this week I don’t know what happened i don’t know what i did i must you know it’s something a little bit like too much at night I got 21 Stephanie which I haven’t been there in a long time and I really pissed me off because I and I was there for like three days and it wouldn’t go back down so you know I’ve noticed that the smallest smallest thing that you eat late at night we’ll we’ll get you to put on weight you could your body so sensitive like my body is so sensitive to what you eat at night that that is the the the determining factor that’s the variable that will get you to lose weight put on weight is what you eat at night and how late you eat it ok so i want to mess up somewhere so i got like five pounds heavier and just stay there for like three days and I kind of upset me I’m like you know what i am going to nip this in the bud I am NOT you know because I’ve been there I’ve been 40 pounds fifty pounds overweight and it sucks and i discovered something that really works well for me and you know if I have to if I mess up on Weekend somebody put on a couple pounds i’m going to nip this shit in the bud and i am i’m going to get rid of that weight right away because it’s always so much easier to maintain that so much easier to try to get rid of like two three four five pounds that you put on rather than letting letting it go and you know next thing you know you’re up 20 pounds 30 count because that’s just huge hurdle to overcome again when you’ve already been lean and I did not wanna do not want to go back there so um plus like the result that I’ve received is so amazing that there’s no way I’m gonna I’m gonna let this thing go back in and i know i know that that technique to use to get rid of that weight quickly right so what happened was when normally would do is you know even my maintenance phase which is like face three of my plan you have a phase 1 phase 2 and phase 3 is like a lifelong maintenance which I’ve been on for a few years what I would normally do is you might want my oatmeal in the morning I’ll eat you no-good satisfying lunch and all he eat like an early dinner with nothing but vegetables and all fast the rest of the evening drinking your account calorie fluids and also make sure all snack earlier today like whatever I want but you know when you really want to go hardcore you know this is what this is what I did the last couple days basically I said you know the determining factor is the amount of time that you fast in the evening so I’m i decided to just go really really hardcore and my oatmeal for breakfast around like a dirty had an early lunch I was around 11-1130 i was planning on doing a healthy lunch but you know one thing like to know that we just had a lot of leftovers and I’m just like you know whatever it doesn’t really matter what you eat early today so i decided to eat a satisfying lunch I just like an omelet with and we have one with some like kielbasa leftover some sausage I put that in our omelet with some vegetables with you cheese you gotta have some flavor in it and also put a like a bagel with cream cheese on it I mean it doesn’t really matter that kind of doesn’t that’s not the point the point is I had a satisfying lunch at 1130am and i ate nothing else for the rest of the cash i started my fast right away and but you have to anticipate that immediately after your your last meal you got to start drinking fluids to top yourself off to keep your belly fold so immediately after 1130am i started with you know a big mug mug of decaf coffee i probably had many 45 decaf coffees the rest of the day and into the evening what I like to do is you know you want to be sure you don’t put those artificial sweeteners i like to use stevia TV how are you saying and i also put like a little bit almond milk I’m sure that has a little bit calories but you know who cares it’s not it’s not that much of a deal breaker and if you don’t do that part if you don’t do that stuff you have to anticipate you have to continually be drinking drinking fluids in keeping your belly full because if you mess up you’re going to get hungry and then and then you’re gonna want to eat and you know you’re gonna screw up you’re going to eat something and it’s gonna you know it’s not going to work for you so you want to kind of keep your bellyful belly full and you want to anticipate yourself getting hungry and you want to plan ahead so I you know I wasn’t necessarily hungry 30 but you just got to keep making those beverages a zero-calorie beverages and it’s something about having a hot hot beverage like coffee or key that it kind of keeps your belly you know satisfied just make sure its peek at your meeting all that are all that caffeine and what happened was guess what it was he was one day and I lost I lost four pounds in one day I went from 172 166 in one day ok so i started my fast from 1130am one day till it was around like I tried to push it to 930 the next morning so I was almost like a 22-hour fast the problem with that is that you know I’ve experimented with the morning fasting and the problem with that is if you let that thing go a little too long you’re going to be busy and it’s gonna ruin your entire day and I’ve done that where I’ve tried to go for five hours in the morning without eating because that’s what everybody tells you on YouTube us all these intermittent fasting guys tell you you gotta skip breakfast but if you do that wrong you’re gonna be a zombie going to be unproductive the entire day so what I try to experiment with I mean personally like I normally do that I just as soon as I wake up I really practice but I tried to experiment with like it may be waiting one hour two hours two hours most in the morning before you eat because I guess you want to extend the time you’re fasting more time you fast faster you lose weight the more weight you lose but you know you don’t want to do that the opposite but you don’t want to do that we’re skipping breakfast and lunch and wait till like 4pm 5pm to have your first me like I don’t like that at all a lot of people do that online but it’s just it seems it’s backwards to me why would you go to bed with food in your stomach that’s just going to dunkin you find it you know the way I do it you can eat so much more volume of food if you do it my way if you eat food during the day you’re burning off without doing anything without having to exercise without having to do anything so what else was I going to talk about so fasting in the evening is the variable it is that the it’s going to what’s gonna make you gain weight lose weight that is the one determining variable you know I get some questions that say you know some people are tried certain techniques and we don’t really have it is creative that results but the thing is the one thing you can tweak is the amount of time so like I was talking about earlier in this in this video i wanted to go really really hardcore so normally i would probably have my dinner around like 4pm 435 p.m.

Something like that but I said you know what I i put on like five pounds i have to put just off and I’m gonna go hardcore so I had my my last meal at 1130am anti-fascist the entire rest of the day’s entire rest of the evening sold for about like you know 21 22 hours that is the determining factor when it comes to weight loss and you know that’s one of the benefits of decided I system that you can have days where you just you know you pick out are you you’re not really focused on what you’re doing just kind of take a day off and you know you put on a couple pounds but then you just ratcheted I copy you know for a couple days and lose a lot wait so this happened to my brother who you know I’m married but he’s single so he’s gotta you know he’s still gotta go out fridays that night you know how to get it with friends drinking you know when you’re single you know you got to take the girls out to get drinking you can’t just stop you you know how it works it easier if you if you buy them drinks you know your first day you and tells you that you can’t just can’t just go get a coffee with it was you know a date it’s just easier to get everybody loosened up with strength and all that so the problem is you’re consuming a lot of calories and you know you still got you know how to go out partying at night so that you know he has a value be Kenny put on some weight so what he told me that yeah you come you know monday to you that he just ratcheted graduate back up with the amount of you eating fast he doesn’t just lose all that weight back and gets back down to his base and you know you can choose to be as Lena if you want to be for me personally I got my high was 215 you know I got down to like a 180 175 out there for a while I was pretty happy with that but then I’m you know I’m like let me let me try to get a little leaner I’m you know if it after you’ve been there for a while anyway I get down to 165 and you know my address on a show so you can choose it to go as much as you want my brother he was 240 are you called me and he got down to about like 200 205 anything pretty happy with it you know he’s I don’t you you can get down to 180 you know he’s like six foot one you get down to 180 185 no problem to keep doing a just get you just get more extreme but you know he’s happy with where he is and you know he has an enjoyable lifestyle you know he does my diet somebody like I said you can choose to do get down to is Lena’s you want to be just how frustrated you want together in front and you want it ok so i believe and one other thing i want to say is the the morning fasting the magnet on your feet you decide to extend the fasten the morning you really got to be careful because if you if you go a little too long you get really dizzy and I noticed with myself like a good time period for me it’s like an hour and a half and especially I don’t want to get too graphic but especially like drinking coffee in the morning to try to like suppress your appetite with a lot of violent with these guys recommend and you know if you make the mistake of going to the bathroom in the morning on an empty stomach and you clean yourself out you get this you’re gonna hit with crazy hunger and now I’ve done that where I tried to just ignore that and just keep your coffee and try to extend the fasting for you know four hours five hours and maybe you’re just a zombie just busy your unproductive you’re just likely loopy and you know I found like if you want to try to fast in the morning you know it you could go an hour and a half you know like just have a coffee before heading for breakfast but me personally just doing it long and that is just like everything you really backfire on you so so yeah it is to summarize i did like you know I tried to squeeze into meals within like a three-hour period I you know a dirty breakfast and like 1130 lunch too kind of engine nothing with fasting and fluids afterwards and it works you lose a ton of weight really quickly you know it’s tough to do that for a long term basis but if you just wanna go go hardcore really quickly you don’t give it a shot and again it’s just something you have to stick with the rest of your life so this is something that you have to ease into any have a new kind of find something that is natural for you and you’re comfortable with Kevin you’re gonna be doing this forever so to to maintain your weight and why do you want to do forever because you can be leaving for the rest of your life that’s why you know I’ve tried every other thing you can imagine and I would lose five pounds eight pounds you know I was 50 pound away it is hard to stick to because the results results were so poor with this system i found it like the results are amazing but I don’t care what I have to do I’m going to stick with this system I don’t care how you know it might be a little inconvenient yeah i might come across like an asshole sometimes when social situations because i’m not partying and drinking you know like like everybody else I’m not eating birthday cake at 9pm like i don’t care i’m making your birthday cake at 9pm because you know I’ve been faster so many years and I finally got lean and it’s amazing you know so take my advice I beg you people take my advice you’ll lose so much weight too ridiculous this is the solution even searching for now over over simplifying
